Level Up Parkour Academy specializes in parkour, freerunning and calisthenics.
Serving Columbus since 2014, we’re the only facility in the area that can take you to the next level of human movement.
Created by Chase Connor, Zach Howard and Chris Selle. If you’re new to parkour, our trial classes are a fantastic way to learn the basics of the activity from knowledgeable instructors.
Our classes work on skills, drills, flow work, and strength conditioning. Students will have the opportunity to work on jumps, landings, vaulting, climbing, scaling, and variations of flips, all within our gym space. Our intermediate and advanced classes begin to train more acrobatic elements while continuing to further develop the skills learned in the beginning level by adding volume, intensity and technicality.
